• PD 3.0 is a full blown Molecular Mechanics Engine written in C++ and Python:
• My thesis, from my PhD in Bristol, UK on new methods for Absolute Free Energy Calculations
• I currently work on and with Rosetta@HOME, a BOINC distributed computing project with about 120TFlops of computer power
